Plantings
Kent just planted Knockout Roses in front of the bow window to make a hedge of bushes. They are quite wow! He also planted a shade tree in the back - it's a May Day Tree and I like the white blossoms
He also bought 2 Pocahontas Lilac Bushes pictured here
All these came on end of season sale from one of our clients who sells plants to landscape architects.

Wow mom and dad! Quite a lot of work and that combo is just fantastic I think for a yard! Im so jealous! Love the lilacs!
I know! I have lived here 17 years and finally got a big tree - the trunk is 3 inches think so it will grow and catch up. I want the whole back fence in lilac bushes too. I also want more trees. I'm tired of being treeless!

I want to get some plants too! I like what you have done. It would be fun to have the roses out front and blossoming all summer. I planted 3 of the same rose at my house too but they are in a shadey place so they might not do well.
